Our Paid Leave Policy includes:

Vacation Personal Leave
12 paid Vacation/Personal Leave days per year.  18 days Vacation/Personal Leave after five years of service.

Holidays
The company recognizes 8 Paid Holidays:

  • New Year's Day - January 1st
  • President’s Day - Third Monday in February
  • Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
  • Independence Day - July 4th
  • Labor Day - First Monday in September
  • Thanksgiving Day - Fourth Thursday in November
  • Day After Thanksgiving - Fourth Friday in November
  • Christmas Day - December 25th

Sick Leave
Up to 4 paid Sick Days per calendar year.  (1 day of Sick Leave is accrued on the last day of each calendar quarter.)

Community service Leave
Up to 1 day (8 hours) of paid Community Service Leave per calendar year.  (Eligibility begins upon completion of 6 calendar months of employment.)

Bereavement Leave
From 1 to 5 days of paid Bereavement Leave, depending on the familial relationship of the deceased to the employee.

Jury Duty
Employees are paid Jury Duty Leave in accordance with state employment guidelines.
