President - Susan K. Baker, MBA
Susan completed her Management Information Systems undergraduate work at Villa Julie College where she graduated summa cum and received her Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University in Baltimore. She began her career in health care at CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland as a programmer/analyst. Her next challenge came from Baltimore Gas Electric Company when she was asked to participate in their Executive Fast Track program, before moving on, she had progressed to Senior Systems Analyst. Susan took majority ownership control of Path Technologies in 2006 and assumed the role as President.

Vice President – Russell B. Baker, MBA, PMP
Russell completed his Computer Science undergraduate work at Millersville University and his Master’s in Business Administration was completed at Loyola University in Baltimore.  His career began at CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland where he served in multiple roles as part of the Information Technology Division.  Russ moved on to T. Rowe Price Associates, Information Technologies, where he held the title of Assistant Vice President.  Russ is an original founder of Path Technologies.
